With over 20 years commercial banking, private equity and real estate experience, James and TexTerra are focused on Central Texas, but able to assist buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants with properties across the Southwest and United States.

Michael Hanley, Auctioneer, and principal of TexTerra Auctions, is a 20 year veteran of the non-profit industry and has been a Real Estate and Charity Benefit Auctioneer since 2003. His high energy approach brings fun, entertainment and spirited bidding to all of his auctions. Mike works closely with owners of property who desire a quick sale as well as buyers and investors who are interested in buying real estate at auction. His client list includes lenders and financial institutions that have properties suitable for auction.
